Do you take my insurance?
Yes and No. My choice is to not belong to any insurance plans, HMOs, or Provider Networks. None.

That said, MANY of our patients use insurance!

If you want to use your insurance, we happily work with you. We expect payment at the time of your visit. We will verify your insurance coverage for you and submit the billing. Your insurance company will send a check for what is covered directly to you. You don’t have to do any extra paperwork. None.

For those with little insurance or none at all, we offer a Simple Plan with discounts.

 

Once I start chiropractic care will I get hooked?

Anyone with a spine can benefit from regular spine check-ups. After the initial phase of care, most people find that somewhere between 3 weeks and 3 months is a good interval.

If you need chiropractic care more often than every 3 weeks for an extended period of time...part of the picture may have been over-looked. Adding exercise and better eating habits helps most people need less and less treatment.

A Comprehensive Nutritional Evaluation can point to imbalances that prevent you from "holding" your adjustments. Rarely, those with severe, pre-existing conditions need more care.
The goal is to help you learn to listen to subtle clues from your body before it starts shouting at you (pain, discomfort, disease). As your body awareness improves you will be able to tell when you need a "tune-up" to PREVENT the symptoms you used to have.
